 This Privacy Notice is published in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and other applicable laws of India. This Privacy Notice describes how Healko, a brand operated by Healkem Labs LLP (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects Personal Data of Data Principals who use our website, products, or services.

1. DEFINITIONS Data Principal: 

The individual to whom the Personal Data relates. Personal Data: Any data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data. Data Fiduciary: Healkem Labs LLP, determining the purpose and means of processing Personal Data. Data Processor: Any person who processes Personal Data on behalf of the Data Fiduciary.

2. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED 

We may collect the following categories of Personal Data, either directly from you or automatically through your interaction with our Platform:

  • • Transactional and order-related information including purchase history and delivery details. 
  • • Payment-related information processed via secure third-party payment gateways. 
  • • Device, browser, IP address, and usage data for analytics and security purposes. 
  • • Voluntarily shared health or orthopedic-related information for product suitability and support.

3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING 

Personal Data is processed for lawful purposes including order fulfillment, customer support, product recommendations, website improvement, legal compliance, and communication of service-related information.

 We do not sell Personal Data. We may share Personal Data with authorized Data Processors, logistics partners, payment service providers, or regulatory authorities, strictly in accordance with the DPDP Act.

 Personal Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purpose or comply with legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

7. DATA SECURITY

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

8. RIGHTS OF DATA PRINCIPAL

  2. • Right to correction and erasure of Personal Data.
  3. • Right to grievance redressal.
  4. • Right to nominate another individual to exercise rights in case of incapacity or death.

 For any concerns or complaints regarding processing of Personal Data, you may contact our Grievance Officer at help@healko.com. Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days.

10. GOVERNING LAW 

This Privacy Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
